Niya Carr Kennedy

FOUNDER + Director

I am passionate about working in the service industry. I found my love for helping businesses, individuals and non-profits understand the guidelines for the alcohol industry working for the Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) Commission in a controlled state. The desire to help people extended after my time at the Commission and initially became a hobby for years and during COVID I decided to really make it a business. I have a commitment to ensure that I help business with this part of their process so that they can focus on something else. Just as I provide non-profits information on how to have a successful fund-raising event that can include the selling of alcohol. I have customized trainings that will teach establishments not only the methodology for alcohol compliance at a club, restaurant, or lounge, but also regulatory guidance and safety protocol specific to your business. Our contacts throughout the Carolinas include business owners, General Managers, and bartenders we have trained, as well as wait staff, and established mixologists.

Louise, is eager to assist businesses and individuals in oybtaining a quality experience! As a bilingual team member, Louise ensures that all clients have a quality experience from start to finish. As a veteran she is mission driven and team-oriented weather she’s providing bar hospitality at an event or individualized training for a team of new employees.
